The Paris Fire Department is getting set to launch their annual fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness with proceeds once again going to a local recipient.
Captain Dale Reed designed this years t-shirts, and said that they hope to raise as much if not more than last year.
“We wanted to be able to help someone locally and last year we were told the recipient was very excited to have been given a check to help while they went through treatment,” Reed said.
The shirts will be available in long and short sleeve and can be purchased from Fire Station 1 at 1444 N Main St. in Paris.
“We have youth small thru large and adult small through XXXL, in both the short sleeve and long sleeve. Short Sleeve shirts are $15 and long sleeve $20,” said Reed.
Shirts are available now from the station now. Those who know friends out of town, the department said they can ship your purchase, with the addition of a small shipping fee.
