Paris FFA’s annual Auction & Chili Cook-Off has been set for Dec. 8, 2023, at the Girbralter Hotel.
The chili supper and viewing of auction items will being at 6:30 p.m. with the auction starting at 7 p.m. and announcement of the winner of the chili cook-off at 8 p.m.
