OSHA investigating after man dies in industrial accident at Kimberly-Clark

Paris Police responded to an industrial accident at 1:46 P.M. on December 11, 2018 in the 2200 FM 137.

“Employee Carl Kuhle, 60, of Bogata was struck by a vehicle at the loading dock area,” said officer Curtis Graham. 

Kimberly Clark released the following statement:

One of our employees was fatally injured during his shift yesterday afternoon at our facility in Paris, Texas.

On behalf of the entire Paris facility and our Kimberly-Clark employees around the world, we extend our deepest sympathies to his family, friends, and teammates.

The supervisor onsite immediately contacted local EMS to respond as well as our internal safety team and the employee’s family. We want to thank the EMS teams as well as our employees on site for their rapid response.

As part of policy, we have reported this event to OSHA and will provide all possible help to the local authorities over the course of their investigation.
