Oleta Mae Wilson, 82, of Paris, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at her home.
Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 28th at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Lynn Hood officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Wilson, the daughter of Jesse Cashion & Arzona Rushing Cashion, was born April 14, 1942, in Paris, TX.
She attended Powderly Schools. Oleta was a faithful member of Life Community Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, Doretha Wilson and Glenda Faye Sisson, a daughter-in-law, Tori Wilson, and three siblings, Cleo Patrick Cashion, Jeff Cashion, and Mary Greenwalt.
Survivors include three children, Peggy Callaway (Gary W.), Bo Wilson (Tammy), and Allen Wilson, grandchildren, Susan Bruce (John), Tess Callaway (Alex Gibson), Half Pint Sisson (Rena), Katessa Cohee, Jennifer Hines (Eric), Shelby Wilkins, Brittany Rogers (Tyler), Michelle Wilson, David Callaway (Hielly), and Danielle Callaway, great grandchildren, ShiAnn Sisson, Kaitlin Frazier, Christeon Barrios, Ellie Mae, Mason Callaway, Rylee Callaway, Carmen Hines, Maverick Hines, Lexie Cohee, Kara Cohee, Ryan Cohee, and Aden Cohee, a great great grandchild, Bryson Pilkington, siblings, Jo Tate, Ann Pate (Nolan), Maggie Hartley, Carol Dollins (Bob), Lillie Austin, Shirley Finney (Grady), and Debbie Hill (Steve), along with numerous nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
Casket bearers will be: Eric Hines, David Callaway, Tyler Rogers, James Williams, and Paul Allen Watson. Honorary bearers will be: Larry Sisson, Half Pint Sisson, Mason Callaway, Maverick Hines, and Shelby Wilkins.
