Jessee Young, a junior at North Lamar High School, has been named champion of several events after competing in the Region 4 Texas High School Rodeo Finals over the weekend in Sulphur Springs.

Titles she now holds are the 2018 Champion Reining Cow Horse, 2019 Champion Breakaway Roper, and 2018 Reserve Champion Barrel Racer.

She also finished fifth in Goat Tying.

Young will compete in all four events at the state competition in Abilene, Texas, this June.
