Students in Mrs. Laughlin’s 8th grade science class at Frank Stone Middle School jumped back into learning after spring break with a fun and engaging review of cells and organelle functions.
After wrapping up their unit on cells, students spent the day reinforcing their understanding of each organelle’s role and function within the cell. The interactive review gave students the chance to revisit key concepts in a hands-on way, helping them strengthen their knowledge through participation and discussion.
“This was such a fun way to come back from spring break,” said Mrs. Laughlin. “It gave students a chance to refresh their memory and get excited about science again.”
North Lamar ISD celebrates the creativity and energy of its educators who bring science to life and make learning meaningful for students every day.
