Noreen Gail (Keller) Foster, 80, of Arthur City, passed away Sunday, Sept. 1, 2024, at Baylor Heart & Vascular Hospital in Dallas, TX.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 7th at the Pavilion of Forest Chapel Cemetery, 5475 Farm Road 197, Arthur City, TX 75411. Rev. Mike Redus will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 5 – 7 p.m.
Mrs. Foster, the daughter of Charles Keller & Opal McMahan Keller, was born Sept. 8, 1943, in Chicota, TX.
She attended Chicota School. Following graduation, she moved to Dallas where she worked a number of years. In 1989, she and her husband, Charlie Bailey Foster, moved back to Lamar County. Charlie preceded her in death following 55 years marriage. She was also preceded in death by her father, Charles Keller, her mother, Opal McMahan Keller Sanders, a granddaughter, Isabell Young, and a sister, Wanda Keller.
Survivors include a daughter, Andrea Young & husband Phillip, a grandson, Collin Young, a brother, Royce Keller, and three sisters, Joan Sipes & husband Paul, Dora Williams & husband Michael, and Marlene Phillips along with several nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
Honorary casket bearers will be: Phillip Young, Collin Young, Westley Tyler, Ben Brown, and Bobby Spencer.
