Technically, according to the CDC, we’re not supposed to eat raw cookie dough but most of us would be lying if we said we never snuck a spoonful or two from the mixing bowl.

However, Nestlé Toll House has come up with a solution to fuel your cravings: edible cookie dough.

Yes, you heard us correctly, Nestlé is now selling pints of their famous Toll House cookie dough that is safe to eat.

The new tubs of cookie dough come in two flavors, and the company guarantees 100% safety while eating it.

The first flavor, Chocolate Chip Edible Cookie Dough, is based on Toll House’s famous chocolate chip cookie, a long-time staple for the company. The second flavor, Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Monster merges two flavors—oats and candy gems—into one colorful and delicious result.

While the company hasn’t “officially” made the announcement, they did acknowledge the new product on Twitter by writing “Surprise!” and sharing a Cosmopolitan article, which says the edible cookie dough will be safe to eat.

Both options are available now in Publix stores and will become available in Meijer, select Walmart stores and selected regional grocery chains throughout July 2019.
