Let’s taco ‘bout a new position McCormick announced its nationwide search to fill, which is willing to pay $100,000 – Director of Taco Relations.
In a release from the company, the position is made for those “ready to take their love for this versatile dish to the next level by bringing together fellow aficionados from all walks of life in the name of tacos.”
Not only will the new employee receive $100,000 in $25,000 increments, but they will also get an assortment of McCormick Taco Seasoning among other McCormick products.
Those over the age of 21 have until July 20 to submit “a creative video, showcasing their personality and passion for tacos at McCormick.com/DirectorofTacoRelations.”
The individual chosen for the position will also work closely with the McCormick branding team to create out-of-the-box recipes using McCormick’s Taco Seasoning mix and connect with other taco lovers to talk about taco trends.
“While taco trends continue to change and evolve, our seasoning has remained the first choice for countless families across the country,” Jill Pratt, Chief Marketing Officer for McCormick said in a release from the company. “In fact, over the past year, we have seen our taco seasoning fly off grocery store shelves, at a rate of over 200 packets a minute.* McCormick’s Director of Taco Relations will ultimately honor and support the millions of Americans that rely on our taco seasoning everyday while keeping McCormick at the forefront of the tacos of tomorrow.”
