Mary Michelle Stover was born August 14, 1957 in Dallas County to parents, William and Patsy Godwin. She attended Paris Schools and married L.T. Stover on October 19, 1977 in Balch Springs, Texas. The couple remained married until his passing in August, 2024.
Michelle was a homemaker by heart. She loved her family more than anything and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, L.T. Stover; her son, Jason Stover; brother, Charlie Godwin; sisters, Maretta Sue Godwin and Donna Kay Godwin, and niece, Mandi Sue Everrett.
She is survived by her sons, Bobby Daniel Stover and William Rosalio Stover; grandchildren, Bryce Stover, Kalie Stover, Breanna Stover, Evan Stover, Vonte Hickman, Shalysha Presley, Chyna Presley; brothers, Vernon Godwin, James Godwin, and Michael Godwin; sisters, Geneva Tucker, Gayla Fagan, Lanita Rosenbaum, and Pamela Godwin.
A private family burial of ashes will be held at a later date.
