Marilyn Larene Helms, 76, of Paris, Texas, passed away Monday, May 28, 2018, at her residence.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 AM Thursday, May 31, 2018, in the Knights of Honor Cemetery with Douglas Overly officiating. Pallbearers will be Brandon Helms. Josh Helms, Jeremy Helms, Robert Stanphill, Gene Foster, Phillip Peeples.
She was born October 27, 1941, in Plainview, Texas the daughter of Emmett Linville and Marian Vaughn Linville. She married Thomas Helms on May 5, 1962, in Tulia, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Helms and two children, Cathy Elms and husband Rick Elms of Austin, Texas, Steven Helms and wife April Helms of Paris, Texas. Mrs. Helms is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Floyd Linville and wife Jean of Lubbock, Texas and Larry Linville of Plainview, Texas and a sister, Helen Sharp and husband Ron of Granbury, Texas.
