Love & Bagels, the locally-owned and operated artisan bagel shop in downtown Paris, will be featured in an upcoming episode on the six-time Emmy Award-winning travel series, The Daytripper.
“The Daytripper team reached out to us about a month ago, wanting to feature Love & Bagels on an upcoming viewers choice episode they were doing in Paris, Texas,” said Love & Bagels owner Lisa Schlaht.
The Daytripper, hosted by Chet Garner, centers on one-day adventures exploring the food, culture, and the history of Texas towns.
“This is such a great opportunity for exposure to all of Paris who still didn’t know we even have a bagel shop,” said Schlaht. “Plus it’s always really cool when you get to be on TV.”
The bagel shop serves scratch-made bagels and bagel sandwiches with everything from a traditional bagel with cream cheese to peanut butter and jelly bagels, breakfast bagels, bagels with traditional lunch dressings and more.
Love & Bagels is located in downtown Paris at 127 Lamar Avenue from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday to Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Paris will be featured on The Daytripper on PBS in May. For more information, click here
