Get ready to laugh this night away at the 4th Annual Lip Sync Battle, May 19th at Chisum High School.
“Each year the performers seem to get better, and I’m so excited to see what everyone comes up with this year,” said event organizer Crystal Flippen Brown.
The event put on by Covenant Christian Church will not only feature locals lip-syncing to their favorite songs but also have a silent auction.
“The night is filled with lots of laughs and is a fun event for everyone. Plus, the money raised goes to our young adult ministry which exists to build strong God-centered families.”
There are still openings for contestants and those wanting to be a part of the lip-sync battle must enter before April 20th.
“We’re asking contestants to donate an item for the silent auction, valued at $50, to cover their contestant fees,” added Crystal.
There is $100 cash prize is up for grabs.
Tickets are $10 or $100 for a table of 8.
Concessions will be available throughout the night including BBQ baskets, dessert and snacks.
