Larry LaForge, 74, of Paris, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at Paris Regional Medical Center.

Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 4:30 p.m. Saturday, June 9th, at the Open Air Chapel of Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. Robert Myre, officiating. A formal visitation is not scheduled, however, friends and family may pay respects at the funeral home.

Larry, the son of Lewis & Ruth LaForge, was born March 15, 1944, in Kilbourne, LA.

He served in the U. S. Military from May 18, 1954 – May 17, 1967. His career as a truck driver spanned many years before his retirement.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, four siblings; Johnny LaForge, John Paul LaForge, Charlotte Harjo and Myra Fern LaForge and his father-in-law, Woody Watson, Sr.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Watson LaForge, who he married on Aug. 11, 1967, building fifty years of family and memories, three children; Michelle LaForge & Chris Clements, Duane LaForge & wife Laurie and Marce LaForge all of Paris, grandchildren;

Landon LaForge & Lydia, Lindsey North & husband Billy, Baleigh LaForge, Caleigh LaForge and Jaydon Dudley, great-grandchildren; Adalyn LaForge, Lincoln North and Keegan LaForge, his mother-in-law, Jimmie Watson, a sister-in-law, Jo Ingram, a brother-in-law, Woody Watson, Jr., siblings; Billy LaForge, Jimmy LaForge, Rodney LaForge, Annette Ellison, Willie Nell Brown, Mary Virginia Myers and Gussie LaForge along with many nieces & nephews and a host of friends.

Casket bearers will be Landon LaForge, Billy North, Woody Watson, Jr., Bo Watson, Greg Ingram and Chris Clements. Honorary bearers will be Caleigh LaForge and Duane LaForge.
