Landon Michael Moore of Clardy,Texas passed away Friday January 25th 2019 at the age of 16.

Landon was born in Paris Texas on September 26 2002 to Kimberly Dawn and Michael W. Moore. Landon was raised in Clardy Texas and attended Prairiland High School where he was loved by all. He loved all as well. Landon was known for his big bright smile and even bigger heart. He was known for always trying to make everyone laugh and smile. He attended Bethel Baptist Church and was a saved Christian and loved and trusted in Jesus Christ.

Landon loved football and played with an intensity and dedication that was unrivaled. Although he was a thin build he would outplay guys twice his size and played the game the way it was intended with all his heart. Landon was also an avid fisherman and loved everything about the outdoors. Hunting with his dad and fishing with his friends and family was when he was happiest.

He was a bright light in any room he walked in to and always had a hand or ear when his friends or family needed him. Landon never knew a stranger and anyone who needed a friend he was that friend.

Landon is preceded in death by his grandfather William “Rex” Moore and his great-grand mother Doris Moore.

Survivors include his father, Michael Moore, his mother, Kimberly Moore; his sisters, Mikali Moore and Savannah Moore; his grandmother, Cecelia Phillips; his grandmother, Melinda Dunigan and grandfather, Gary Dunigan; many, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Landon will be remembered forever as a loving caring friend and a devoted son and brother.

Pallbearers are Derek Crawford, Bryan Boehler, Eric Cornmesser, Brandon Young, Shane Oats, and Jacob Allison.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 29th 2019 at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 30, 2019 in Clardy, Texas at Bethel Baptist Church at 1:00 P.M.with Jody Vandeaver and Kent Kirby officiating.
