Kenneth Arthur Schmidt, 89, of Paris, Texas, passed away April 30, 2023, at Moundridge Manor, Moundridge, Kanas. He was born May 6, 1933, in Ulysses, Kansas, the son of Freeman and Evelyn (Unruh) Schmidt.
He was a member of West Haven Church of God in Christ Mennonite, Brookston, Texas.
On September 30, 1956, Kenneth was united in marriage with Evelyn May Schmidt in Las Vegas, Nevada. She preceded him in death in 2013.
Arrangements have been made with Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home of Paris, Texas. Visiting hours will be Thursday May 4, 6:00 – 7:00 PM at West Haven Mennonite Church, Brookston, Texas. Funeral services will be held May 5, 2023, 10:30 AM at West Haven Mennonite Church, Brookston, Texas.
