Keep Paris Beautiful (KPB) is honored to announce the selection of five new Board Members who will begin their three-year terms in January 2025. Joining the Board are Wayne Clement, Kevin Kuebler, Farshad Garmsiri, Brandon McGraw and Markita Neal.
In addition, the following current KPB Board Members were selected as 2025 officers: Martha Howison (Chair), W. Chance Abbott (Vice Chair), and Mark Homer (Treasurer).
Wayne Clement is a proud Texas Aggie, with a degree in Civil Engineering. He retired from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) after 40 years of service in the Construction Division. A Paris native, he and his wife Betty also owned Odyssey Travel Agency for 10 years, and they traveled the world. Wayne is committed to all activities that enhance our community, with a particular interest in recycling, and he looks forward to bringing his expertise to the KPB team.
Kevin Kuebler is also a Texas A&M graduate, receiving his degree in Microbiology. He’s been at Campbell Soup for 27 years, where he’s currently a Senior Quality Analyst. He has deep non-profit experience, having previously served for many years on the Board of the Paris Area Homeschool Athletic Association (PAHAA). He’s an Eagle Scout, just like his father and son, and is active in Boy Scouts on the Troop 2 Committee, and is the Circle Ten Two Rivers District Roundtable Commissioner. He’s also a Deacon and Treasurer of Faith Presbyterian Church. Kevin’s talents will be great additions to KPB’s Board.
Farshad Garmsiri is currently the Logisitics Manager at Kimberly-Clark (KC), having previously held domestic and international leaderships positions in the paper manufacturing and converting industries. He received his BS and MBA both from the University of Central Oklahoma. He and his wife enjoy hiking, reading, and they feel rewarded by the satisfaction that comes from helping others. Paris and KC have been a great fit for Farshad and his family, and he looks forward to bringing his passions and abilities to KPB and this community.
Brandon McGraw and his wife Michelle moved to Paris about 2 ½ years ago. They’ve been volunteers and sponsors at several KPB events since then, and have demonstrated their commitment to a strong community with ample resources. Brandon is also a volunteer firefighter with the Lamar Point Fire Department. His knowledge of home renovation, combined with previous experience owning a landscaping business brings many skills that will contribute to KPB’s ongoing efforts. Brandon is thrilled to bring his talents to the KPB team.
Markita Neal is a dedicated banking professional with 16 years at Liberty National Bank, currently serving in the Loan Department as Loan Support. She’s also a part-time Realtor, and is passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers through the process of finding their dream homes. Outside of work she enjoys quality time with family, and attending all of her daughter’s school activities and events. KPB looks forward to the positive impact she’ll bring to all our community events.
These five individuals join current KPB Board Members Martha Howison (Chair), W. Chance Abbott (Vice Chair), Mark Homer (Treasurer), Ruth Ann Alsobrook, Cate Smith and Maureen Hammond.
“Keep Paris Beautiful is thrilled to have these outstanding individuals join our Board and Officer corps” said KPB Executive Director Julia Trigg Crawford. “The combination of talents assembled on the KPB Board will make 2025 another exciting year for our organization and community”.
