Earlier this month, Justiss custodian David Harris was gifted tickets to watch his football team, the Dallas Cowboys, thanks to Credit Union of Texas.
On Sunday evening, Harris got to see the Cowboys play and “although it would have been great if they had managed to turn the game around earlier and secure a win,” the experience was still memorable.
“Mr. Harris had a fantastic time at the Cowboys game this weekend,” said Paris ISD. “A heartfelt thank you goes out to the Credit Union of Texas and Zach Saffle for making this special outing possible.”
This gesture not only acknowledged Harris’ hard work and selflessness but also aims to bring him the same happiness he has so generously shared with others.
“Staff members who have worked with Mr. Harris through the years also pulled together and purchased a jersey of one of his favorite players for him to wear to the game. This heartwarming act of gratitude reflects the deep appreciation and respect the school community holds for Mr. Harris, a true hero in their midst.”
