Ginger Patricia Edwards, 66, of Paris, passed away Monday, Oct. 2, 2023, at her home.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 12th at the Pavilion of Woodland Cemetery with Rev. Neal Seaborn officiating.
Ginger, the daughter of David Eppler & Willie Mae Hamby Eppler, was born March 13, 1957, in Fort Worth, Texas.
She graduated from Paris High School and went to nursing school at Paris Junior College and St. Joseph’s Hospital. Ginger worked as a surgery technician at St. Joseph’s Hospital for 17 years. She and her husband, Roger, then moved to Dallas for a number of years. Upon their return to Paris, she taught in the Paris Junior College Nursing Program where she instructed on being a surgery technician.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Roger Dale Edwards, a grandson, Josh Hamm, and a brother, William Dale Eppler.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Roger Edwards, a daughter, Heather Hamm & husband Daniel, grandchildren, Gracie Hamm, Caleb Hamm, and Brianna Edwards, and a brother, Davis Marshall “Bogger” Eppler & wife Debbie along with several nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
