In an effort to give back to the community who has given so much, WiFires Communications is hosting a Christmas giveaway worth more than $2,000 in prizes, and the tickets for this free raffle are limited.
The free raffle giveaway, featuring a $1,000-cash grand prize with two $250-cash consolation prizes, will be held from 6-6:30 p.m. on Dec. 21 in Impact Church’s parking lot, 1721 Lamar Ave.
“Through our Christmas Cash Giveaway, we want to take a moment during this busy season to express our appreciation for the support our community has shown to not only us, but others in our community,” said WiFires CEO Mossie Kines. “Your encouragement, loyalty, and kindness means the world to us. We want to give back to the community that’s stood by us, and we hope that this small gesture will bring joy and warmth to your holiday season.”
Kines also wanted to thank the volunteer fire departments and first responders for their help with this year’s Christmas giveaway.
“While the world is going crazy, you are the pillars of strength, the guiding lights, and the unsung heroes that make our world a safer and better place. Your dedication, courage, and selflessness do not go unnoticed,” he said.
Tickets will be given away from 5-6 p.m. at the following volunteer fire department on the following dates from Dec. 6-Dec. 19:
“We’re using the VFDs as ticket pick up locations to shine a spotlight on those who often go unseen,” said Kines. “You are the heart and soul of our communities, and we want you to know that your actions, no matter how big or small, have a profound impact on our lives. Your bravery and commitment inspire us all.”
With only 5,000 tickets available during WiFires’ Christmas Cash Giveaway, WiFires Communications will give away tickets on the dates listed with the various Lamar County volunteer fire departments. Each person is eligible to receive one ticket, and the winner must be present to claim their prize.
