McCurtain County Sheriff’s investigators received a $1 million warrant for Ian Highful, a former Eagletown School Teacher, on Thursday, Oct. 6, charging him with seven felony counts, which includes one count of aggravated possession of child pornography.
Investigators have performed an extensive investigation stemming from allegations made by former students alleging misconduct by their former teacher.
The warrant issued was for seven felony counts as follows:
- One(1) count of aggravated possession of child pornography. (Felony)
- Five (5) counts of Child exploitation (Felony)
- One (1) count of indecent exhibitions (Felony)
Once the warrant was obtained, investigators contacted Klute Texas Investigators and Highful was taken into immediate custody. Highful is currently waiting extradition back to Oklahoma to face these charges.
