A 52-year-old Oregon man was arrested in Fannin County Monday night after he was allegedly caught trafficking more than 132 pounds of marijuana.

According to the Fannin County Sheriff Office, a Deputy stopped a white SUV traveling westbound on Hwy. 82 in Ector for speeding.

A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of 132 pounds of marijuana after police say the suspect couldn’t produce proof of insurance and was acting suspiciously.

The search revealed six large duffle bags containing 132lbs of marijuana.

The man was charged possession of marijuana >50<=2000lbs and possession CS PG2>=4g<400g.
