Emily Mae Echols of Paris, Texas passed from this life at the age of 31, on November 9, 2023.
Emily was a loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, and friend. Emily’s children, Rebel and Patience, were the light of her life. She loved them both deeply and never gave up because of the love she had for them. Emily was a compassionate and loving person, that even through her own personal struggles could always see the good in others.
Emily was preceded in death by her Papa Doyle and Nanny Sherry Slaughter, and Papa Ricky Echols.
She is survived by her children, Rebel Harvey and Patience Frazier, her mother, Kim Slaughter Cruz and husband Juan, brother, Zachary Jasso, sister, Kaly Cruz, father Brandon Thomas Echols, and grandmother, Mae Echols.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 18th at 2:00 p.m. at the Gospel Lighthouse Church, 7600 Hwy 271 N., Powderly, TX.
