Donald Allan Harris, 76, of Reno, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Paris Regional Health.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 30th at Knights of Honor Cemetery in Blossom. Isaac Unruh will serve as eulogist.
Mr. Harris, the son of Leon Harris & Dora Kemp Harris, was born Feb. 3, 1947, in Merced, CA. His career as a Union Iron Worker spanned a number of years. He also worked at Agpro and B & W. Donald enjoyed fishing, gardening, and took great pride in the upkeep of his yard. He was told that his yard actually looked like a golf course.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Ashley Harris.
Survivors include his wife, Glenda Grose Harris, whom he married in April 1975, three children, Debra Hensley, Sara Unruh & husband Isaac, and Jessica Grose, grandchildren, Amanda McMillen & husband Justin, Sam Peterson, Jr., Grace Smith & husband Trace, Paul Unruh, McKenzie Teel & husband Hunter and several other special grandchildren, great grandchildren, Emily Thornell, Tyler Thornell, Leah Peterson, Walker Teel, and Wyatt Teel, and two brothers, Steve Harris and Mark Harris along with several nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
