Mae Dell Greer Riddle, 86, a longtime resident of Paris, passed away on March 28, 2018, at Brookhaven Nursing home in Carrollton.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 31, 2018, at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home then process to Bogata Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Billy Daniels officiating.
She was born in a small Texas town on May 13, 1931. She worked in the banking industry for 40 plus years. She lived in Corpus Christi for many years and moved to Paris in 1980.
Mae Dell was married to William C. Greer (Bud) on June 15, 1946; they were married 44 years. She married Charles Riddle in November 1997; they were married 20 years.
Survivors include granddaughter, Cynthia Garcia; daughter-in-law, Deloris Greer; sister, Calinda Corbett-Thibeau and husband Thomas; brother, Johnny Ray Humphreys; her nieces and nephews; and the rest of her family and friends.
Mae Dell is preceded in death by both husbands, Bud Greer and Charles Riddle; son, Dale Greer; parents, John Wesley and Sarah Jane Humphreys; brother, James Wesley Humphreys; sisters, Margarette Jane Miller and Mary Catherine Snyder.
