Dollar Tree, with their latest press release has announced several changes for the company’s stores across the nation.
The biggest announcement in the release is that the company looks to begin selling alcoholic beverages at approximately 1,000 of their newly acquired Family Dollar stores throughout the U.S.
The company also said it plans to expand freezer and cooler sections in nearly 400 of its stores.
Additionally, the press release announced that the bargain retailer will start selling items at a cost rated higher than the usual $1, this is part of its test titled, “Dollar Tree Plus!” which showed promise in latter 2018.
These new prices are not set to increase on items previously listed as $1 but will rather be new “Dollar Tree Plus!” items added to the Dollar Tree offering, providing customers with great values and “More choices, more sizes, and savings.”
