The Delta County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting after deputies discovered two deceased individuals in the 100 block of Green Hill Lane on Feb. 10, following reports of a gunshot victim.
Deputies responded to the call around 1:45 p.m. and found one male and one female deceased.
“At this time, the identities of the victims are being withheld pending notification of next of kin,” said Sheriff Marshall Lynch. “The Delta County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating this incident.”
Police say there is no immediate danger to the public.
