Charlotte Ann Burchinal Young, 53, of Detroit, Texas went to meet our Lord and Savior on June 4, 2019. A memorial service will be held at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home chapel at 10:00 Saturday, June 8, 2019, with Rev. Bill Dickey, officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday 6-7 p.m.
Charlotte was born in Dallas, Texas on January 4, 1966. She was the daughter of Charles and Carol Burchinal of Detroit, Texas. Charlotte graduated from Detroit High School in 1984. She was employed by Huhtamaki for over thirty years. She enjoyed spending any free time with her daughters and extended family. Charlotte was always so much fun to be around and also had a heart for animals, especially her cats.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her father, Charles Burchinal.
She is survived by her mother, Carol Burchinal; two daughters, Lindsey Young and Lacey Bailey; brother, Terry Burchinal and wife, Paulette. Charlotte is also survived by her nieces and nephews: Elizabeth Cox, Emily Martin, Matthew Burchinal, Justin Burchinal, and Morgan Duncan. Charlotte also loved spending time with her great nieces and nephews: Madison and Lucas Cox, Audrey and Austin Martin, Brylie and Presley Duncan, and Ellie Burchinal.
