Alan Michael was deeply loved and will be immensely missed by his family and friends. Alan didn’t need a voice to be heard. With a mischievous grin, a knowing glance, or a perfectly timed gesture, he spoke volumes and what he most often “said” was something that made you laugh. He didn’t just bring joy into the room he was the joy in the room. Alan had a heart tuned to humor and a soul determined to lighten the weight of the world, one smile at a time. Though he couldn’t talk, he knew exactly how to lift spirits. He could read the room and when someone needed cheering up, Alan was already on it.
His favorite punchlines were unspoken, his timing impeccable. He teased with a twinkle in his eye and delivered comfort in ways only those closest to him could truly understand. Alan loved to laugh, but more than anything, he loved to see you laugh. That was his gift, his mission, and his magic.
A lifelong Texas Rangers fan, Alan rooted for his team with the same faith and fire he gave to the people around him. His legacy lives on in every memory that ends in a chuckle, every moment where his silence spoke louder than words. When you think of Alan smile. Tell a joke. Share a laugh. It’s exactly what he would’ve wanted. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents Peggy and Thomas Weissinger, his grandfather Michael “Big Mike” Roberts.
Survivors include his father, Eric Ray, Mother and stepfather Sharon and Patrick Bramlett. Siblings Erica and Cody Kuykendall, Cassidy Bramlett, Dyllan Bramlett, Austin Prewitt. A grandmother Elife Roberts, and a Grandfather Bob Bramlett. His two nieces Addison, and Alice Kuykendall, a nephew Arthur Kuykendall along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Pallbearers are Cody Kuykendall, Geoffrey Annis, Dakota Helm, Mark Bramlett, Steven Walker, and Robert Walker.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made to Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, Texas in Alan’s name or donate to the GoFundMe that was set up to help cover expenses.
