Aaron Parker Elementary recently hosted the Ready! Set! Go! event, bringing Parker students and their families together for a day of preparation and fun.
The event aimed to help parents get ready for the upcoming school year by offering a range of services, including free haircuts, school supplies, registration assistance, and vaccination information.
The Powderly Fire Department added to the festive atmosphere by cooking delicious pancakes for the families. Pick’s Sno Cones provided refreshing treats, and attendees enjoyed a variety of yard games and giant-sized board games, creating a joyful reunion for students and their friends from school.
The Ready! Set! Go! event was a wonderful opportunity for the Parker community to come together, ensuring a smooth and exciting start to the new school year.
