A.M. Aikin Elementary School has announced King Shabazz as its new assistant principal.
“I am truly honored and deeply grateful to join the Aikin Elementary family and become part of the outstanding Paris Independent School District,” said Shabazz. “This opportunity represents more than just a new position, it is a chance to serve, build relationships, and help make a lasting difference in the lives of students, families, and staff.”
Shabazz loves reading, learning new things, music, live events, traveling, exploring new places, sports, and working out and said family is everything to him.
“Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating positive school cultures where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their highest potential. I believe that education changes lives, and I am committed to fostering an environment where excellence, character, and opportunity are at the heart of everything we do.”
