Joshua Ray Allen, 38 of Paris, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 3, 2026.
A graveside service has been set for Friday, July 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Garrets Bluff Cemetery with Rev. Phillip Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
Joshua was born in Paris, Texas on November 20, 1987. He worked as a roofer and also worked at Huhtamaki.
He is survived by his children, Colin Gage Allen, Alex Allen; mother, Lisa Waggoner; sister, Melissa Waggoner; brother, Bradley Harold Waggoner; nephew, Bradley Keaton Waggoner; best friend/brother, Bruce Jones; girlfriend, Brittany Cogan; biological father, Jeffrey Earl Ingram; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Benny Harold Waggoner; grandparents, Harold and Patsy Waggoner, Charles and Velma Allen; several extended family members.
