On May 13, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 blk of Ne 25th. During the stop, the driver, Herzavion Zytae Reynolds, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The incident occurred within 1,000 feet of a public park which made it a drug free zone. Reynolds was also found to be in possession of a firearm. Reynolds was placed under arrest and booked without incident.
On May 13, Officers responded to a Shoplifting at a business in the 3800 blk of Lamar. The suspect left prior to officer’s arrival but witnesses were able to identify the suspect. The incident is under investigation.
05/13 Officers responded to an Unauthorized Use of Vehicle that occurred in the 300 blk of Bonham. The complainant informed officers that his vehicle was taken without his permission. The complainant was able to identify the suspect. The vehicle was later recovered and the investigation continues.
