North Lamar High School recognized its Top 10% students during the annual Honor Graduate Breakfast, a special event celebrating the achievements, leadership, and future plans of the Class of 2026’s highest-ranking students.
Students invited their parents and a guest of honor to attend the breakfast, creating a meaningful morning filled with reflection, gratitude, and celebration. Each honor graduate was given the opportunity to speak about their future plans, including the college, career path, or major they plan to pursue after graduation.
One of the most memorable parts of the event was when students introduced their guest of honor and shared personal stories about how that individual inspired, encouraged, and supported them throughout their life and educational journey. Guests included parents, teachers, family members, and mentors who have played an important role in helping shape the students into who they are today.
Students were also presented with personalized blankets gifted by educators they have had throughout their years at North Lamar ISD. The blankets served as a reminder of the many teachers and staff members who have impacted their lives from elementary school through high school graduation.
The morning was filled with smiles, laughter, and emotional moments as students reflected on their experiences and thanked those who helped them reach this milestone.
