Patsy Ruth Fagan, lovingly known as “Nana Red,” passed away on April 5, 2026, at the age of 80. She was born on August 30, 1945, in Clarksville, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, A.B. “Budgy” Castleman and Ethel Bell Castleman, and her brother, Sonny Castleman.
Patsy is survived by her husband, Danny Eugene Fagan; her sister, Margaret Sanders; her daughter, Dana Morris; her son, Wayne Miller; her stepsons, Corey Fagan and Jason Fagan; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Gizmo, and her dear friend, Shelia Eisenhower.
Patsy worked at Rockwell International and for Dr. Bill Kantz, and later retired from Kimberly-Clark. She enjoyed decorating, making floral arrangements, shopping, visiting with friends and family, and spending time on the porch. She bravely fought MDS for several years and never gave up.
Visitation will be held at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home in Paris, Texas, on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 noon, with graveside service at Bluff Cemetery in Detroit, Texas.
