Michael Malone, 35, of Paris, Texas, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Oct. 31, 2025, with loved ones by his side at Texoma Medical Center.
Born on July 26, 1990, to Bynard Malone and Dustie (Pollard) Stewart, Michael’s life was marked by faith, kindness, and a heart that never stopped giving. His love for Jesus was something you could feel when you were around him. He carried peace in the way he spoke, patience in the way he listened, joy in the way he showed up for those around him.
He had a way of making everyone feel seen. To him, you weren’t just another face in the crowd, but someone who truly mattered. He remembered the small things you said, noticed when something was off, always made time to ask how you were and actually mean it. He made everyone feel like a friend. His laugh, full and contagious. His smile, reached his eyes and softened the room.
Michael’s heart of gold wasn’t loud or boastful, he had a steady, humble, full of grace kind of heart. Whether it was helping a friend without being asked, checking in on someone who was struggling, or just offering quiet encouragement when words were hard to find, he showed Christ through everything.
Even in simple moments, whether swapping fishing stories, or sitting side by side in silence, Michael had this gift of presence. You left feeling lighter, comforted, cared for… He made life feel a little warmer, a little more hopeful, just by being himself.
His smile showed up every time he saw you, a smile that carried joy even on hard days. Michael didn’t need to be the center of attention, he just quietly carried the light of Christ everywhere he went. His faith wasn’t just spoken, it was lived out in how he loved his family, worked, and cared deeply for those around him.
He and Megan were married in Twin Falls, Idaho, and together they built a life centered on love, laughter, and Jesus. Their son, Warren, was his pride and joy, and Michael’s favorite moments were the ones spent with his family, whether fishing, reading, gaming, or simply being together.
He worked faithfully at Apex Plumbing Supply Company, where he was well-known for his easygoing spirit. He was a cherished member of Christ Community Center, where he worshiped, served, and lived out his faith daily.
Michael is survived by his loving wife, Megan; his son, Warren, and Warren’s mother, Taylor; mother and stepfather, Dustie and Michael Stewart; father and stepmother, Bynard and Toni Malone; sister, Abby Malone; and brother, Tanner Malone and wife Taylor, and their children, nephews, Tripp, Ty, Tuff, and Truett, and niece, Taelynn.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Billy Glenn and Barbara Darlene Malone, and Charles Ray Pollard.
Visitation for friends and family will be Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home, with burial following at Union Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Bynard Malone, Tanner Malone, Michael Stewart, Johnny Davis, Sam Hignight, Paige McLaughlin, Dylan Spencer, and Trenton Reed.
Michael lived a life that reflected Christ’s love in every word, every smile, every act. He leaves behind a legacy of faith, joy, compassion, a reminder that sometimes the most powerful sermons are lived out, not preached.
