Four people were arrested on multiple charges on Sept. 18 after law enforcement executed a narcotics search warrant in Clarksville, Texas.
The Red River County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit, with support from the Clarksville Police Department, executed the warrant at a residence located at 600 West 11th Street in Clarksville, Texas.
During the search, investigators recovered multiple controlled substances, including methamphetamine and THC wax.
Additionally, a motorcycle reported stolen out of Red River County was located and recovered on the property.
As a result of the investigation, four individuals were taken into custody at the residence:
Kenneth Ronald Hart, White Male, 37
Mary Katherine Williams, White Female, 27
Mark Richard Murphree, White Male, 62
Leslie Walker Murphree, White Female, 55
Each of the individuals was charged with the following offenses:
Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 (>1g <4g)
Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 (>4g <400g)
Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3 (<28g)
Possession of Marijuana (<2oz)
Theft of Property ($2,500–$30,000)
Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity

Mary Katherine Williams was also booked into the Red River County Jail on an outstanding warrant from Titus County for Violation of Probation – Forgery of a Financial Instrument.
Mark Richard Murphree was additionally charged with Tampering with Evidence.
