Phillip Edward Miller, 82 of Clardy, Texas gained his wings on September 19, 2025, in Paris.
Phillip, the son of Jefferson Lloyd Miller Sr. and Mamie McElyea Miller, born on December 23, 1942, in Lamar County. He served in the United States Navy with a tour in Vietnam then retiring from Campbell Soup with a career span from late 1960’s to early 2000’s at the Paris and North Carolina plants.
Phillip was preceded in death by his wife Kathleen Butler Miller, parents, brothers Jefferson Lloyd Miller Jr., James Harold Miller and sister Irene South, grandchildren Justin and Colbie Miller.
He is survived by his sons Kenneth Craig Miller, Jeffrey Clay Miller and Phillip Kyle (Amy) Miller. Nieces Charlotte Mashaw, Vivian Blum, Christy Gorman and nephew Mike Miller. Grandchildren Marah (Jared) Brown, Shawn Gilliam, Johna (Joaquin) Zermeno, Cole Miller and Kylie Miller and 8 great grandchildren, Tatum and Macyn Brown, Brooklyn and Kodi Gilliam, Gabe and Ava Zermeno, Bryar Miller and Shawn Miller.

Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 3:00 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22nd at the pavilion of Antioch Cemetery in Biardstown with Rev. Jimmy Lee officiating. The family will receive friends at the cemetery thirty minutes prior to the service.
