Virgie Palmer, 78 of McLoud, Oklahoma went home to be with her Lord and her loved ones that have gone before her on Wednesday, February 21, 2018.
Funeral services have been set for Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 1:00 P.M. at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Quick, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Prairie Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.
She is survived by her husband, Jessie Lee Palmer; children, Jeffery Palmer, Donny Palmer, Gary Palmer, Tammy (Palmer) Covington; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Anna (Thatcher) Frogge, Eldon Thatcher, Esther (Thatcher) Woodward; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Palmer Hickey; parents, Floyd and Effie Thatcher; siblings, Paul Stout, Joseph Stout, Charles Stout, Naomi (Stout) Flores.
