Virgie Hazel Baze, 93 of Paris, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
Funeral services have been set for Monday, January 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Lamb and Rev. Don Graham officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 to 7:00 PM Sunday evening.
Virgie was born in Lamar County to Lonnie and Nellie Love Bristow. She worked at Hollywood Vassarette.
She is survived by her daughter, Kay Barber and husband Vick; grandchildren, Tammy Chennault, Eddie Chennault and wife Shelly, Jana Parson, Amanda Barber; great-grandchildren, Chase and wife Stephanie Chennault, Benten and wife Kirstin Parson, Matthew and wife Paige Farmer, Kaylene Parson, Mckala and husband Ethan Hivley, Haley and husband Allen Crutchfield, Harley McCann, and Joe King; Great-grandchildren, Benji, Maddie, Malikye, Sabastian, Asher, Mercie, William, Gatlin, Canaan; brothers, Lonnie Bristow and wife Ella Mae; sisters, Gergie and husband James Jones; sister-in-law, Neta Bristow of Houston, Tx.
She was preceeded in death by, her husband, Ed Baze; brother, Marlin Bristow; sister, Elviria Moss; sister, Robbie Flemming; brother, Granvel Bristow; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Bristow.
