An outage affecting Verizon Wireless in multiple states has some users unable to make calls or send text messages on their cellphones Tuesday.
According to the network, the outage hit especially hard in parts of Texas and Florida.
Verizon tweeted, “Verizon Wireless is currently experiencing an intermittent voice, text and data services interruption for customers in some markets in the south. Our engineers are aware of the issue and are working diligently to resolve it.”
Verizon has not said when engineers are expected to resolve the issues.
