Vandalism suspects arrested and charged with two counts of graffiti pecuniary

Two Paris residents have been arrested and charged in relation to recent vandalism incidents in Paris.

23-year old David Galloway and 20-year ole Jalisa Cheyenne Boedigheimer have been charged with two counts each of graffiti pecuniary loss greater than $100 but less than $750.

According to reports, three locations in Paris were targeted on June 19; under the Eiffel Tower at the Love Civic Center, the fountain in downtown Paris and behind Stone Title in downtown Paris. Orange spray paint was used to write “BLM” and “(explicit) the police.”

On June 21, police released security footage showing a male and female who they believed to be involved with the vandalism. Both suspects were identified and arrest warrants issued.

Both bonded out from the Lamar County Jail on bonds totaling $2,000 each.
