A 43-year old man and a 45-year old woman, both from Oklahoma, remain in hospital this morning after a motorcycle wreck on Saturday afternoon.
According to authorities, the wreck happened around 3:55 p.m. on US 271 N, south of FM 906, involving a motorcycle and a pick-up.
It was reported that the motorcycle rear-ended the pick-up resulting in both the riders of the motorcycle sustaining serious head injuries.
No further updates on the status of the riders have been given. Both were flown to Medical City of Plano.
Authorities stated that they do not believe alcohol was a factor. Both the man and the woman weren’t wearing helmets.
