The Paris Police Department urges drivers to use caution this weekend while thousands of motorcycles come to town in an attempt to break the world record.
The world record attempt will take place on the runways of Cox Field Airport on Saturday, October 5th at 12:45 PM.
“This means a lot, a whole bunch, many, a ton of, numerous, a gazillion, like lots of motorcycles will be on our roadways starting today through Sunday,” said Chief Hundley.
Please share the road and be mindful of all these additional bikes in our area. There are no planned closures or detours with this event. The roads leading into Cox Field are expected to be congested.
