The USDA Farm Service Agency department is currently accepting applications for the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program until Friday, Aug. 28.
“The Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP) provides direct relief to producers who faced price declines and additional marketing costs due to COVID-19,” they stated on their website.
The program is aimed to provide vital financial assistance to producers to offset the impacts of COVID-19.
A CFAP Call Center is available for producers who would like additional one-on-one support with the CFAP application process.
