Taco Bell is cleaning out their menu options, and for frequent diners, there’s a good chance your favorite is leaving forever.
“Beginning on August 13, we will be simplifying our menu. This evolved menu approach comes after months of analyzing the new way we are running our restaurants. We want to ensure an easy and fast ordering experience for our guests and team members, while simultaneously opening up opportunities for even more innovation,” the franchise said in a press release.
COVID-19 has played a big part in the menu revamp, as the franchise has not only looked at the way they interact with customers but has allowed them to look towards what they say is a new normal-new menu included.
“While change is hard, a simplified menu and innovation process will leave room for new fan favorites, continued progress in categories such as plant-based diets, and even opportunities for the return of some classics on a limited-time basis,” they said.
