Starling Devine Harrell, 78 of Paris, passed away Monday, December 19, 2022.
Funeral services has been set for Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Holt officiating. A private interment will follow. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
She was born in Portage, Indiana on November 20, 1944 to Marion and Helen Laverne Tanner Miller. She worked as a CNA.
Starling is survived by her husband of 62 years, Troy Harrell; children, Troy Raymond Harrell, Jr.; Robert Lee Harrell and wife Brandy, Marian Reeves; grandchildren. Troy Edward Harrell, Justin Lindsey Lee Harrell, Lloyd James Taylor Harrell, Lakesha Fleming, Kimberly Hughes, Jessica Nichole Farmer, Cody James Harrell, Destiny Katie LaShae Harrell, Tico Reeves, Tabitha Ashley Cantu; numerous great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; siblings, Vicky Lee Zernick, Ercelle Rose McEwen, Douglas Dwight, Darla Carlene, LaDella Bobbet Bonczek, Wayne LaMoyne, Roberta LaVerne Sanford, Darla Wren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; children, Lloyd O’Brien Harrell, Brenda Jean Melton; numerous siblings.
