Sonic is constantly coming up with exciting and unique flavor options for their slushes and now consumers will have the option to add a little extra “kick” to their drink.
Red Bull Slushes will hit Sonic menus nationwide on April 29th.
If you’re thinking this is just a rumor, local Sonic owner Eddie Clement confirmed the rumors are true and they’ll be selling the Red Bull Slushes.
So, how much energy will you get from the drink? The amount of Red Bull in each Slush is proportional to the size that a customer orders.
Ordering the smallest size means two ounces of Red Bull while ordering a Route 44 — a 44-ounce Slush — means the entire can gets poured in. And because Red Bull is only available in a can, not on tap or in a soda fountain, Sonic employees will actually be cracking open cans to make the new product.
If you aren’t a fan of the Red Bull flavor, you can opt for a Cherry Limeade Red Bull Slush for the same caffeine boost.
