The second grade classes at Everett Elementary have been studying government service jobs in social studies.
On Monday, the students and their teachers toured the Lamar County Courthouse, Paris Fire Station, Paris Police Station and Paris Public Library.
They concluded the morning tours with a picnic lunch at Bywaters Park.

The Paris Fire Department welcomed the Everett Elementary second grade classes for a tour of the fire station and to see the fire trucks.
