In honor of fallen Paris Police Department Detective Chris Widner during National Police Week, Sheepdog Fitness is hosting a memorial workout on May 16.
On Aug. 22, 2021, Det. Widner, a man of faith, character and integrity who lived a life that serves as an example for all of us to follow, passed away in the line of duty.
National Police Week, May 11-17, pays tribute to the local, state, and federal peace officers who have died, or who have been disabled, in the line of duty.
The workout is open to everyone and is scalable to all fitness levels.
“We would love to have you join us in honoring his legacy,” said Sheepdog Fitness. “Everyone is invited to attend, so please feel free to bring your family, friends, neighbors, etc.”
The workout will be held at 124 2nd St NE, Paris, Texas at 5 p.m.
